Project Overview

The Critical HVAC Repair and Replacement project included major structural upgrades; electrical work; building soffit improvements; drywall and painting; installation of a new Energy Management System (EMS); a new cooling tower; two new boilers; 32 Water Source Heat Pumps, 8 Rooftop Package Units and New Roof on Classroom Building.
